Jack Carman, FASLA, to lecture on the design of therapeutic gardens

Jack Carman, FASLA and founder/president of Design for Generations, LLC will lecture at CED on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in JSB 123. The lecture is part of the College of Environment and Design’s 50th Anniversary Celebration and is free and open to the public. The title of his lecture is “Landscape and Urban Design for People of All Ages and Abilities.”

Carman has over twenty years’ experience as a landscape architect and is nationally recognized for his design of therapeutic gardens. His specialty is outdoor environments for senior care, particularly Alzheimer care facilities. He is a registered landscape architect in five states; Design for Generations, LLC, is in Medford, N. J.
