Katherine Melcher to serve as Interim Editor of Landscape Journal

Associate Professor Katherine Melcher has been asked to serve as Interim Editor of Landscape Journal, the official peer-reviewed publication of the Council of Educators in Landscape Architecture (CELA).  Since 1982, Landscape Journal has explored ideas relating to landscape design, planning, management and teaching by presenting research, editorials, and creative works from multiple disciplines. 

Professor Melcher’s work focuses on the interaction between design and community development, participating first-hand in projects that create positive change.  We are proud that Katherine’s knowledge, skills and abilities as a scholar have been recognized to helm the journal next semester.
