Associate Dean David Spooner Recognized in Design Intelligence Magazine

Associate Dean David Spooner is among the 25 most highly regarded professors of landscape architecture in the U.S. according to Design Intelligence magazine. Spooner, who is a graduate of NC State University and holds a master’s degree in landscape architecture from UGA, teaches numerous design studios, as well as a landscape photography elective. His research interest includes campus design, environmental psychology, and spatial design theory. He has served as the college’s associate dean for academic affairs since 2016 and is licensed to practice in both Georgia and North Carolina. Spooner has won numerous teaching awards and was a UGA Lily Teaching Fellow in 2007. Congratulations David Spooner!
