The College of Environment and Design warmly welcomes all new students to our Inaugural New Student Welcome!

Join us for a spirited student, faculty, and alumni tailgate as we celebrate our community and prepare to cheer on the dawgs! This is the perfect chance to reconnect with old friends, meet new faces, and enjoy food, games, and school pride before kickoff. All are welcome—bring your energy, your friends, and your appetite for fun! Food and drinks will be provided!

Students can drop by as they are for a 10-minute resume review to ensure their resume showcases their experience and strengths to help them stand out at the upcoming UGA Career & Internship Fairs. They can make the most of their resume review by visiting the Career Center's online resume resources prior to attending. Be sure to bring a resume or be prepared to email the file to the resume reviewer.

Join us Thursday, Sept. 25 at the Founders Memorial Garden for a Volunteer Day with director & curator Gareth Crosby! We need helping hands for weeding, pruning, and shrub trimming—and the best part? You get to feed your trimmings to visiting goats from Gareth’s farm!

  Join us on Saturday, Sept. 27 for a gameday tailgate sponsored by Belgard at the Founders Memorial Garden! We hope to see you there. Open to CED students, faculty, staff and alumni.

Attend the Agricultural & Environmental Career & Internship Fair to network with employers seeking candidates for full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities! This event is open to all UGA students and alumni.
