MLA Advanced Graphics Workshop

This Spring the University of Georgia’s MLA program offered optional weekend graphics seminars for students eager to further hone their rendering abilities. Taught by MLA alum Cameron Berglund, these three seminars focused on different workflows and rendering techniques: SketchUp modeling and rendering, rendering in watercolor, and rendering in Photoshop.

These tutorials sought to build upon the students existing knowledge and develop new and interesting tricks and techniques to add to their workflow from creating realistic topography through AutoCAD and SketchUp, to incorporating watercolors and markers into digital rendering.
