- Note that these submissions are for only the CED calendar. If you wish for your event to be listed University-wide, please submit it to UGA’s Master Calendar.
- Submit Digital Signage to CED Screens
- This form is for submitting graphics to the digital screens that display in CED facilities. Graphics must be 1920px x 1080px and submitted in png or jpg format. We suggest keeping important info and design elements away from the edges.

- Please be aware that photographers/videographers representing the University of Georgia will be circulating through studios, site visits, and events throughout the year taking photographs and videos (“Recordings”) for possible use by the University System of Georgia and the University of Georgia in publications, media, or other technology now known or hereafter developed. These Recordings may capture your likeness, image and voice.
- Our communications team requests all students willing to share their likeness on the CED website, social media channels, or marketing materials, please sign and submit the below consent form to Megan Dupre via email ([email protected]) or drop off (JSB, Owens Resource Center).
