Owens Resource Center, named in honor of the founder of the landscape architecture program at the University of Georgia, Hubert Bond Owens, is open to the public weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the academic year and posted hours during the summer.
By providing robust collections, cutting-edge technologies, expert services, and a welcoming environment, Owens Resource Center empowers researchers to drive positive change in the built environment and the broader community.
Access: We ensure access to a comprehensive and diverse collection of resources, both physical and digital, to facilitate learning, research, and creative endeavors.
Instruction: We offer expert research guidance, writing consultation, and technology support that enable students, faculty, and researchers to excel in their academic pursuits.
Preservation: We play a vital role in preserving the intellectual and cultural heritage of the community.
