On Friday, April 14, 2017, the Student Historic Preservation Organization hosted its annual Spring Gala fundraising event. Professor emerita Marguerite Koepke recently completed a healing garden designed for children at Piedmont Athens Regional's Loran Smith Center for Cancer Support here in Athens.
