CED Alumnus Matt Forshee (BLA '00) has been named a member of the UGA Alumni Association's 40 Under 40 Class of 2017. Professor emeritus John Waters received the key to the City of Athens from Mayor Nancy Denson at the recent 50th golden anniversary celebration of the Athens-Clarke Heritage Foundation for his decades-long vision and contributions to preservation.
Daniel J. Nadenicek, dean of the College of Environment and Design has been named an honorary member of The Garden Club of America (GCA), one of its highest accolades. Two CED teams recently submitted entries in the EPA's 2016 Campus RainWorks Challenge. There were 60 total submissions.
